Hydro-electric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (HYPPADEC) has said arrangement has been concluded to boost Gombe communities with insentives to protect their livelihood.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Commission Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa stated this at the weekend in Gombe when a team of the commission paid the Royal father of Nafada Alhaji Muhammad Dadum Hamza a visit in his palace.
He said the visit for the Royal father was to pay him homage with a view to announcing its policy.
