Incessant Boko Haram attacks evidence of PDP’s weakness-Saraki

The immediate past Governor of Kwara State and Leader of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Kwara State, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki has said that a federal government controlled by the party will restore security in Nigeria.

He said that the party would ensure the security of life and property of all Nigerians are priority, noting that the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) controlled federal government has failed to secure the lives and

properties of Nigerians.

Saraki stated this during campaigns in Ilorin South local government area of the State held at Fufu, Tanke, Okaka and Balogun Fulani areas of the local government council at the weekend. The former Governor of Kwara State said the unending violence in parts of the country, especially in the North East has shown that the PDP lacks the capacity to guarantee the safety of Nigerians and their properties.

He said the presidential candidate of the APC, General Muhammadu Buhari, is a seasoned and tested administrator has huge capacity to protect the welfare of Nigerians. “In the 1980 when there was uprising in parts of the country, Gen. Buhari as General Officer commanding in the Nigeria Army immediately brought the situation under control”, Senator Saraki recalled.

The former governor of Kwara State advised all Nigerians of voting age to collect their PVCs in order to be eligible to vote in the forthcoming elections.
