A Lagos State based business tycoon, Alhaji Danladi Auyo has disclosed his intention to join the race for the Jigawa State governorship election in 2015.
Alhaji Danladi Auyo who purchased his nomination form yesterday in Abuja said his course was to transform the lives of the people of the state.
Auyo, who may have violated the Jigawa State PDP zoning arrangement, may also not likely have the blessings of the sitting governor who is also the leader of the party in the state.
He said he would concentrate on boosting the vast arable agricultural land on the Hadejia River valley together with ensuring that the state produced the required sugar needed for the country.
He also stressed his commitment toward the provision of health care facilities and health personnel to address the high rate of mortality amongst children and women.
