House of representatives member, representing Fagge constituency, Muhammad Bello Shehu has extended a heartfelt congratulations to Sen. (Dr.) Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso for being awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology, Wudil, Kano.
