The kidnapped polio health worker in Bauchi, Ali Garba, who was abducted by unknown Gunmen last weekend at Darazau, has escaped from his captors.
The state Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Mohammed Haruna has disclosed this to news men in Bauchi yesterday
According to him, the Information at our disposal revealed that the kidnapped polio health worker Ali Garba who was abducted by unknown gunmen on 02/03/2014 at Darazau has escaped from his captors.
It could be recalled that last week Saturday, three polio workers were abducted, two men one woman, a man and a woman were released and Police were making efforts to secure the release of a victim who is the health officer of Darazau Local Government.
The PPR0 said Investigation in to the incident is in progress.
