Development advocate, Barrister Kashim Musa Tumsah has condoled the demise of former President Muhammadu Buhari, who passed away in a London clinic on Monday.
In a statement, Barr. Kashim Musa Tumsah expressed deep sorrow over the former president’s death, describing it as a solemn moment not only for his family and close associates but for the entire nation.
“As a leader, President Buhari consistently comported himself with dignity,” he said.
“To his wife, children, extended family, and all Nigerians, I extend my deepest condolences.
“President Buhari was a patriot, a distinguished soldier, and a statesman who served Nigeria with unwavering dedication.” He said.
Barr. Tumsah also extended his condolences on the passing of Senator Adamu Talba, the Magajin Garin Tikau of Nangere Local Government Area in Yobe State, who returned to his Creator on Monday too.
He said, late Senator Talba was a former Senator of the Federal Republic, represented Yobe South, and two-time Commissioner in the State, and a one-time Chairman of Nangere Local Government.
“A true statesman and committed public servant, he also served as a former board member of the NNDC, where his leadership, vision, and dedication to the development of Northern Nigeria were deeply appreciated.”
