The speaker of the legislative arm of Kwali Area Council in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT),Hon. Nuhu Daniel, has pledged to present people’s oriented budget if elected in 2026 as the chairman of the Area Council.
He also said if elected in 2026, he would provide a conducive environment for the people of the communities and chiefdoms where they would contribute their quota on how to plan budget.
The speaker, made the promise while speaking to newsmen after he declared his intention to contest for the chairmanship in APC in Kwali central Ward.
He said if given the mandate, he would provide purposeful leadership capable of satisfying the aspirations of the people in Kwali as well as the people at the grassroots level.
