The Acting President of the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU), Mr. Dio Awemi Maisamari has been confirmed as the new President of the Union.
The SOKAPU Spokesperson, Luka Binniyat disclosed this yesterday in a statement made available to Journalists in Kaduna.
The statement stated, “Mr. Dio Awemi Maisamari, was confirmed as the new substantive President of the Southern Kaduna Peoples Union (SOKAPU) on Saturday, 10th September 2022 in Kaduna”.
“MHis confirmation took palace during the second National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of SOKAPU under the present National Exco. The brief ceremony was conducted by the Chairman, Board of Trustees (BoT) of SOKAPU, Elder Stephen Bangoji with some members of the Board in attendance”.
