The Nigerian Education Loan Fund has warned students against fake loan portals and websites.

This was made known in a statement by NELFUND, Director of Corporate Communications , Oseyemi Oluwatuyi in Abuja.

The Fund reiterated that the ONLY official portal for student loan applications is www.nelf.gov.ng](https://www.nelf.gov.ng).

He advised students to disregard any other links, websites, or messages claiming to offer access to the NELFUND Student Loan Scheme.

He assured commitment of the fund in ensuring that eligible Nigerian students have access to financial support through a transparent and secure process.
