House of Representatives hopeful, Alhaji Muktar Galadima has forcefully dismissed speculation of a rift within the Taraba State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), declaring the state chapter “united and battle-ready” ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Speaking after submitting his nomination and expression of interest forms for the Wukari/Ibi Federal Constituency at the party’s secretariat on Thursday, the former FCDA director labeled reports of internal wrangling as mere distractions designed to weaken the party.

In a strong demonstration of party discipline, Galadima vowed to support whatever candidate selection method the party leadership decides on, whether it be direct primaries, indirect primaries, or a consensus arrangement.
