The Director overseeing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Mrs Christy Ifeanyiwa Uba has said the scheme remains resolute and committed to transparency and accountability in all its operations.
Mrs Uba disclosed this yesterday while declaring open, the 2022 second Procurement Officers Training, with the theme; “Access and Inventory Management in GIFMIS”, held in Abuja.
She disclosed that NYSC is fully committed to the prudent management of government business using the GIFMIS module.
The Deputy Director, Overseeing Procurement Department, Mrs Grace Akpabio in her introductory remarks stated that the training was in conjunction with the office of the Accountant General of the Federation, GIFMIS Unit and Treasury House, Abuja.
