The Department of State Services (DSS) has warned mischief makers to stay away from Ondo gubernatorial election this Saturday.
The Service in a statement issued yesterday by Peter Afunanya, its Public Relations Officer, said the DSS will not tolerate any breakdown of law and order.
The statement assured the public and stakeholders in the Ondo Governorship election scheduled for 10th October, 2020 of its preparedness for the exercise.
In this vein, the Service said it will not only partner with sister security agencies but support the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to ensure that the election is hitch free. It has also enjoined its personnel to remain professional while discharging their duties.
The Service, therefore, urged all players in the electoral process to abide by the rules of the game.
