According to Professor Mahmood Yakubu, the Commission would not tolerate excuses, as adequate resources will be made available to the Unions for spontaneous movements.

Earlier in her welcome remarks, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), in Ondo State, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Babalola, noted that the Commission relies on the three Transport unions for the seamless movement of men and materials throughout the election period, adding that the Security Agencies would collaborate with them to ensure their safety.
