More than 5000 Adara people yesterday benefitted from a 3-Day free Medical Outreach performed by the Nigerian Army School of Artillery (NASA) Kachia.Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State
The exercise which was led by
Commandant of the School, Maj Gen Taritimiye Ayibakuro Gagariga involved medical services such as general consultation, diabetic screening, blood pressure screening, general eye screening on the patients.
According to him, there is going to be issuance of prescription eyeglasses, cataract screening and surgery, dental screening and care as well as general surgical referrals among others were rendered for the community.
In his remarks, Maj Gen Taritimiye Ayibakuro Gagariga said the medical outreach is a way of giving back to the society that seriously needs medical care. Over 5000 people stand to benefit from the exercise even as more than 2,000 have already been attended to.
