The Deputy Leader, House of Representatives, Hon. Leo Ogor has promised to deliver more dividends of democracy to his constituents if returned to the House in February elections.
The representatives of Isoko North and Isoko South Federal Constituency made the promise when he flagged-off his re-election campaign at Ozoro, the headquarters of Isoko North Local Government at the weekend.
He reiterated that his sole interest in seeking re-election was to ensure that the Isoko nation was not left out in the overall development stressing that more federal presence would be attracted to the area.
He informed thousands of PDP bigwigs and supporters who witnessed the campaign flag-off that quality representation of the Isoko nation is his watch-word since he was elected as a federal lawmaker.
“My going back is to crystallise all the good things I’ve started since I became your representative. They include more federal infrastructure, more federal scholarships, federal appointments, and employment for Isoko sons, and daughters”, he said.
Ogor noted that effective representation in any legislative chamber is predicated on experience added that the “Isoko nation needs an experienced lawmaker and that is me; the man capable of delivering all your legislative demands’.
Further, he appealed to them to support the re-election of President Goodluck Jonathan on February 14 adding that as one who has done well he should voted back to power to continue his good work, “a vote for President Jonathan is a vote for development”.
