In line with the spirit of Ramadan, T Pumpy Concept Limited has reiterated its dedication to promoting accessible property ownership for Nigerians through its ongoing Lugbe Phase 30 Ramadan Promo.

Speaking on Tuesday, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Akintayo Adaralegbe, explained that the offer is tailored to provide intending homeowners and investors with discounted plots, alongside convenient and flexible payment options.
He noted that the promo, which began on February 19, will conclude on March 19, giving prospective buyers a limited period to take advantage of the opportunity and secure property at favourable rates.
According to the company, the Lugbe Phase 30 Estate is located in a calm and fast-growing axis of Lugbe and is structured to deliver a comfortable, build-ready, and investment-friendly environment. The estate is currently undergoing substantial infrastructure upgrades aimed at creating a modern, secure, and well-organized residential community.
Work on-site is progressing steadily, with perimeter fencing nearing completion to enhance security and properly demarcate the estate. The gatehouse is also at an advanced stage, reinforcing the overall safety framework.
Road construction and drainage systems are likewise nearing completion. About four kilometres of durable concrete roads are already close to 90 percent completed, ensuring ease of movement within the estate.

As part of the Ramadan offer, three plot sizes are available to cater to varying needs.
The 200sqm plot goes for ₦8,000,000 outright, with a ₦2,000,000 initial deposit or ₦10,000,000 under a six-month payment plan.
The 300sqm plot is priced at ₦10,000,000 outright, with a ₦4,000,000 deposit or ₦12,000,000 within six months.
The 500sqm plot is available for ₦15,000,000 outright, with a ₦5,000,000 deposit or ₦17,000,000 payable over six months.
All plots come with a Certificate of Occupancy issued by the Federal Capital Development Authority, assuring buyers of full legal ownership and security of investment.
With the promo set to end soon, interested buyers are urged to take prompt action to benefit from the offer.
