Team Nigeria became the beautiful bride for the continent of Africa at the just concluded World Athletics Junior championship held in Kenya.
Kudos to the young Team Nigeria for the scintillating performances and record breaking achievements.
Nigeria, the pride of Africa was 3rd best on overall on podium finish with 7 great medals (4 Gold and 3 Bronze).
According Special adviser on sports to the Honourable Minister that tones of record were broken and personal best recorded enroute podium finish.
Part of the records smashed at the games includes Africa and National records which is an improvement on previous outings.
Nigerians can celebrate amidst sweat, tears and joy, the team’s performances surpassed all previous Championships.
