Wamba LGA boss lauds Gov Sule over Sisbaki-Farin Ruwa road project

Chairman of Wamba local government council of Nasarawa Sate, Abubakar Abbas has applauded Governor Abdullahi Sule for embarking on the construction of Sisibaki Road to the GLOBAL Tourist Farin Ruwa waterfalls, saying that if completed it would boost economic activities of the area.
The council boss made the commendation in an interview with Peoples Daily in Wamba on the significance of the road project from Sisibake – Farin Ruwa.
According to him “The economic benefits of this project is very enormous to the state, Wamba and the country at large. We have abundant potentials in the area. A farin-Ruwa waterfall is a tourist centre that attracts global investors.
He continued “Farin Ruwa has a lot of solid minerals such as tin, gold, coal and columbite. With the opening of the road by our amiable Governor Sule, it will attract investors all over the world. The project will add value in the sphere of revenue generation and job opportunities to our youths.
“Apart from Farin-Ruwa waterfalls, Wamba Local Government Council entirely is an agrarian land. The road will boost farming activities. Our peasant farmers will now have a relief in the area of transportation. We thank the governor for the project. Our people will no longer suffer again. Our dream has come true under the leadership of Governor Sule”, Abbas added.
He further implored the people of Wamba and the state to give the desired co-operation to the governor in order to enable him deliver his mandate as promised, viewed from his policy and programmes within 100 days in office.
The Chairman however enjoined his subjects to live in peace with one another irrespective of tribe or religion; assuring that his council leadership will continue to exhibit pragmatic policies that would be of economic importance to the entire area.
