We nurture Nigerian youths for global leadership, mentorship -Group

Founder, Centre For REAL Impact International, Kunle Komolafe, has disclosed the driving force behind his organization’s quest to provide leadership and mentorship to youths across the globe, and Nigerians in particular.
Komolafe stated that the REAL platform is a centre where dreams are nurtured and leaders raised.
“We have been in the business of impacting lives and raising leaders since 2005, and during this period, we have organized over 685 seminars, training, and events targeted at leadership, human development, peak performance, entrepreneurship, and creativity skills, alongside inspirational and transformational content.
“We continually provide leadership and mentorship to upwardly mobile youths and young professionals spanning across all Africa, United Kingdom, United States, etc. Komolafe stated.
Komolafe, lead strategist, at KJK Development Systems, spoke at a the REAL Impact summit, held in Abuja, weekend, tagged; “Beyond Boundaries…. Breaking barriers and inspiring change for a sustainable tomorrow”.

Fielding questions from newsmen, Komolafe said his goal is “to bridge the gap between the purpose or vision that one has in his heart and the realization of that vision.
“My assignment is to be that bridge between where you are now and where you desire to be. Now, it doesn’t come easily, it comes with a lot of discipline, chastisement, dos and don’ts.
On how the Nigerian youth can survive the present economic situation in Nigeria, he advised them to look inwards, saying alot of youths are looking outward at a time answers to their questions are within them.
Komolafe urged the youths to be doers and not hearers of the word, stressing that “In the place of doing, no matter how little it is, you will be recognized, you will be seen.
“Why not just go out, look within yourself and begin to do something no matter how little it is. Take little steps, if you can’t work crawl, if you can’t run, fly.”
