In his statement, Mr. Shehu said, “I, Tagwai Julius Shehu, wish to retract my post published on January 5, 2025, and I apologize for any misgivings that it might have caused the Honourable Chairman of Zangon Kataf LGA, Hon. Bege Joseph Gaiya. The general public should take note.”
The Chairman acknowledges this retraction and accepts the apology in good faith.
Engr. Gaiya remains committed to transparency, accountability, and the ongoing development of Zangon Kataf LGA.
The public is urged to disregard the earlier unfounded allegations and to continue supporting the administration led by Engr. Bege.
