Zinaria PTA elects Ayagi as vice chairman

The Parents-Teachers’ Association of Zinaria International School, Mararaba in Nasarawa state, has penultimate weekend elected its member, Mallam Sulaiman Muhammad Ayagi to the position of vice chairman.

Aside Mallam Sulaiman Ayagi, other officers elected were Alhaji Mustapha M. Al-Amin as treasurer, Comrade Chika Kalu, Public Relations Officer (P R O) while Hajiya Hauwa Bello, a non-academic staff of the school’s accounts unit is to serve as Financial Secretary, in line with provisions of the association’s constitution to co-opt non parents into its administration. The association is presently chaired by Alhaji Baba Abdulsalam, an IT specialist and large scale practicing farmer.

In his acceptance speech on behalf of the newly-elected officers, Mallam Sulaiman Ayagi thanked members of the association and the school management for the confidence reposed in them. He assured all stakeholders of the school the preparedness of the incoming executives towards adding considerable value to the school in order to uplift and uphold its motto of “excellence always.”

Mallam Ayagi was among the brain behind the resuscitation and upgrading of Al-Salafi Islamic Modern School, a community oriented school based in the FCT, Abuja. His interest cut across stockbrokerage, real estate development and education.
