The management of Barak College of Health in Gwagwalada Area Council in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has matriculated a total number of 120 Students in the area.
The Provost of the College, Mr. Bitrus Knigami, who disclosed this while speaking to newsmen in Gwagwalada on Saturday, urged the matriculating students to remain committed to their studies at all times.
Knigami said the college is established to train the students as the professionals in order to be of help to themselves, to their parents to the nation and to humanity.
He therefore, appealed to the Federal Government to deem it fit to complement the efforts of the proprietors of the colleges of health sciences for the smooth running of their colleges.
While delivering his speech, Knigami advised the students to always obey the laid down rules and regulations guiding the College, and urged them to shun cultism.
He pointed out that the College has zero tolerance for misconduct saying that the students are good academically.
The Provost disclosed that the College has about six departments, and said that some of the courses were accredited.
