The ActionAid Nigeria (AAN) incollaboration with the Active Support for Rural People Initiative has facilitated the enrolment of over 2,538 girl into primary schools in kebbi State.
This was disclosed yesterday at a one day validation meeting on Local Right programme.
The Manager, partnership and Local Rights programme of ActionAid Alhaji Sani Muhammad said that the gesture was part of government’s intervention.
He added further that 10 communities were among the beneficiary in Ngaski and Augie Local Government Areas of Kebbi which is from zero enrollment in 2007 to 2021 pupils.
