With the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary election officially rescheduled for Saturday (today) the race for the AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency seat has taken a dramatic turn.

Frontrunner Hon. Sarah Ivie Adidi has emerged as the aspirant to beat following the successful conclusion of her 22-ward consultation tour.

The final leg of her extensive grassroots campaign wrapped up on Thursday, igniting intense political maneuvering across both Area Councils.

Insiders cite her massive grassroots appeal and ability to unite the party as key factors driving the consensus talks.

”This journey has strengthened my belief that our people are ready for responsive, accessible, and compassionate representation,” Adidi said, reflecting on her concluded tour.

“I am deeply humbled by the love, support, and acceptance shown to me,” she added.

As Saturday’s crucial vote approaches, political analysts note that Adidi’s clean sweep of all 22 wards, combined with potential endorsements from her rivals, firmly positions her as the leading voice to clinch the party’s ticket for the National Assembly.
