Worried by Nigeria’s significant housing deficit, estimated at over 28 million units, a leading Estate Developer in the country has assured Nigerians of affordable and genuine land to help them create a stable foundation for the future.
One of the leading Estate developers in the country, based on Abuja, T. Pumpy Concept, gave the assurance on Monday in a statement in Abuja on the occasion of the new year celebration.
The estate developer, in a statement in Abuja by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Akintayo Adaralegbe, expressed the firm belief that land ownership is not just about acquiring property, but about securing a better future for individuals and families.
