A Governorship aspirant under the All Progressives Congress, APC Dr. Mathias Byuan has said he will establish grazing reserves at border areas in Benue State.
Byuan who said this yesterday while briefing newsmen at the NUJ House, disclosed that he will establish a cattle market.
He explained that this will to a large extent bridge the sour relationship between herders and farmers.
