Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, recently hosted a distinguished delegation from the United Nations (UN) Women Nigeria, led by Programmes Specialist Mr. Zephenaia Aura.

The high-powered team praised the Kaduna State administration’s unwavering dedication to the economic empowerment of women and its efforts to enhance and expand their participation in governance.

During the meeting, the UN Women Nigeria delegation expressed deep appreciation for Governor Sani’s commitment to fostering gender equality in the state. The delegation also took the opportunity to inform Governor Sani about the upcoming UN Women’s Open Day event for the North West, which is scheduled to take place in Kaduna.
