Federation of of Muslim Association of Nigeria (FOMWAN) Kaduna State Chapter has expressed shock and dismay as well as deep sense of sorrow over the recent spike in banditry and kidnapping in some parts of Kaduna State
The State Amirah of FOMWAN Pharm. Aisha Isyaku Tukur stated this in a statement made available to newsmen in kaduna.
The statement explained that the Association is worried over the unabated activities of bandits and kidnappers despite the efforts put in by the state government and security agencies.
It especially described the recent invasion of Nuhu Bamall Polytechnic and the kidnap of 8 members of same family by bandits as sad and barbaric.
It appealed to the abductors to stop the senseless activities and embrace peace.
