Green Lock FC unveils supporters club, warns against misconduct

Green Lock FC over the weekend in Abuja unveiled its own supporters club banner and inaugurated its first ever executive committee and warned against misconduct during matches both home and away.
While unveiling the supporter club, Chief Coordinating Executive of Green Lock FC, Olayinka Oladunjoye, on behalf of the management of the club, said the rationale behind the unveiling is to ensure that the fans are an integral and part of what Green Lock FC stands for positively.
He noted that the supporters club and its executive committee will be giving all the necessary things to cheer the club during games and driving it with their passionate as well following the rules governing the game.
“Supporters club are part of the far reaching activities the management of Green Lock FC will be working closely with, even as we expects total commitment from the supporters in their quest to make the team a more attractive.
“We are happy club activities because this event is colorful and we are here just basically to make sure that the Bwari people are part of us and we are part of them”
“We came with our jerseys and everything they needed and we present it to them, ” he said.
In his remarks, Chairman of the Green Lock FC Supporters Club, Mr. Adamu Abdullahi in accepting the role he has been saddled with, said he is excited about the project and expressed satisfaction with the management of the club describing it as receptive and welcoming.
He noted that, it is the bringing of many good things to come for residents of Bwari Area Council and the FCT by extension, even as he vowed not to disappoint with the role they have been assigned.
