Stoke City’s Victor Moses is officially out of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, qualifying matches against Sudan and Coach Stephen Keshi has made a swift move to replaced him with in-form Dolphins FC winger Emem Eduok.

Moses is feared to have aggravated an injury on his thigh and he has thus been removed from the roster of players to face Sudan this weekend in Omdurman and then next Wednesday in Abuja.

Moses unavailability is sure going to give Coach Keshi some headache as the Big Boss admitted that he was looking forward to cashing on Moses’ good run since joining Stoke City on loan from Chelsea.

After the side-lining of the likes of Emmanuel Emenike, supposedly for his late arrival for the Congo clash, it is expected that most of the players will guard against late coming to the Abuja camp of the Super Eagles.

No official deadline date has been announced yet, but it is not expected exceed Tuesday, as the team will be travelling to Sudan on Thursday October 9 for game.

The Eagles are literally struggling in their group having only secured a point in the first two games played, and sit third on the table behind Congo and South Africa. Sudan is bottom of the group having lost both of their matches.
