As the hostilities for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations race holding next year in Cameroon comes to an end this week, it is important that we consider the 9 ‘impregnable nations’ who have sailed into the biennial events ‘untouched’
The 2021 Africa Cup of Nations finals is taking shape, with 17 teams already qualified and among these 17 countries and exceptional 9 that have not been ‘stained’ enroute destination
Seven more teams will seal their qualification this coming week as the qualifiers come to a conclusion with the last round of matches.
The competition promises the best of African football, with almost all the top teams on the continent booking their slots.
Among those, nine have been excellent, and remain undefeated from the opening five matches.
Algeria, Senegal, Tunisia, Egypt, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Comoros, Morocco and Nigeria
More matches are set to be played on Tuesday to climax the race with Sudan joining the list of successful nations that have booked their passage thereby bringing the number to 18.
Sudan defeated South Africa 2-0 on Sunday to send the Bafana Bafana boys out of the race.
