NG-CARES: Jigawa distributes motorcycles to facilitators

Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery And Economic Stimulus NG-CARES Results area II (FADAMA CARES) in JIgawa state has distributed motorcycles to 27 facilitators across the state.
The distribution aims to support their field operations and ensure effective service delivery.
During the handover ceremony, the State Programme Coordinator, Dr. Aliyu Inuwa Dutse, charged the facilitators to utilize the motorcycles responsibly.
He highlighted the importance of the intervention in strengthening the facilitators’ mobility and urged them to adhere to the signed agreements, which mandate proper use and maintenance of the motorcycles.
Dr. Dutse emphasized, “These motorcycles are provided to ease your fieldwork and improve the overall impact of FADAMA CARES in Jigawa State. It is your responsibility to ensure they are used solely for the intended purposes.”
Retired permanent secretary Ministry of Budget and economic planning, and member benefiary targeting selection committee Aminu Adamu commended the facilitators for their efforts to ensure success of FADAMA CARES programme in all the nooks and crannies of the state.
He said the gesture is part of the programme effect to acknowledge and reward them for their unrelenting efforts.
He urged them to ensure proper maintenance and security of the motorcycle.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries Kazaure facilitator Malam Yahaya expressed their gratitude for the intervention, describing it as a timely solution to the challenges they faced in reaching rural communities.
