Niger: Ex-Azza Council Chair declares for State House of Assembly

The former Azza Council Chairman in Niger State, Hon. Muhammed Usman Vatsa, who is an Aspirant on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has declared his intention to contest for Niger State House of Assembly coming 2019 election in the state.
Vatsa, who is to represent Lapai Constituency, said if elected into the Niger State House of Assembly, he would provide purposeful leadership capable of satisfying the aspirations of the masses.
He also said if elected, he would carry the electorate along in the scheme of things in the state.
He pointed out that he would parley with other legislators in order to implement policies and programmes that would have direct bearing on the masses.
Vatsa, who is famous known as ‘Charley’, called on the electorate to come out en masse to vote for him in the forthcoming election in the state.
