Niger Gov. sympathizes with Jigawa State over tanker explosion

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago expressed grief over the explosion of a petrol-laden tanker, in Jigawa State, leading to the death of over 150 people.
The governor in a message by his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, condoled with the government and people of Jigawa State over the incident which he described as heartbreaking and unfortunate.
He said it is indeed a trying moment for the government and people of Jigawa State.
According to him, “I share in your pains and griefs.My prayers and that of every Nigerlites are with you.
“I pray that Allah will repose the souls of the departed, grant healing to those that sustained injuries as well as comfort the families of the victims”.
