Niger Govt embarks on 299 infrastructure projects

Niger State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello has disclosed that his administration has so far completed the execution of no fewer than 299 infrastructural development projects in the state.
He stated this yesterday when he commissioned the Broadcasting road constructed at the contract sum of N1.392 billion.
Bello added that “We have kept our commitment on this, despite the daunting challenges from paucity of funds to heightened insecurity.
According to him, “ Government has also completed over 80 of Mechanical/Electrical projects such as Electrification and installation of transformers in the rural areas”.
