The immediate past FCT Minister of State, Dr. Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for nominating the son of former Kogi State Governor, Prince Shuaibu Audu for a ministerial slot.

Aliyu, in a congratulatory letter made available to the media on Friday, hailed the President for “always having his insight for recognizing asset and quality as shown in his appointments made so far”.

While congratulating Audu on his nomination as minister, Aliyu stated that “Audu’s hard work, commitment, and loyalty to the APC had finally paid off”, even as she expressed optimism that he would deliver as a minister.

Parts of the letter read: “I am delighted to congratulate Prince Shiabu Audu on his appointment as minister. Audu is a highly experienced and capable hand who has a deep understanding of the current challenges bedeviling the country.

“I do not doubt that Audu will be an asset to the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and will help to ensure the success of the administration.

“He is a hard worker who is always willing to go the extra mile. He is also a team player who is always willing to listen to others and build consensus.

“I wish Audu all the best in his new role and I am confident that he will be a great success. He is also a dedicated and committed individual who has always put the interests of the nation first”.
