The Chairman/Managing Director of Philkruz W.A Limited, Mr. Philip C. Uzoukwu, has said that plans have been concluded to erect 9600 bed space modern hostels for the students of the University of Abuja.
Uzokwu, who disclosed this in an interview with newsmen during the ground breaking ceremony at the permanent site of the university, revealed that the project will cost the sum of sixteen million naira (N16,000,000.00) under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements.
He said if the bed space modern hostels are erected, the company would manage the hostels for 30years before handing over to the University authority.
According to Uzoukwu, “we have been on this journey for the past eight years pressing through thick and thin”.
